Beer description
A Brazilian style with Brazilian ingredients. Catharina Sour is a legitimate Brazilian beer with a clean acidity profile with fruit in the foreground. Goose Island and Lohn Bier put a lot of Brazilianness in this beer by adding one of the most legitimate fruits of Brazil, Guaraná, with Brazilian hops. In the eyes, an amber beer with copper beams, in the aroma and pungency of Guaraná in a bouquet of herbal and citrus hops also Brazilian and recent from the 2021 harvest.
