Beer description

A bottom-fermented Vienna Lager brewed with caramel malts. The malts add color and aroma. Slightly sweet, reminiscent of caramel candies, pleasant hop bitterness. Food pairing: Austrian snacks, sandwiches, panini, rolls, nuts, onion dishes, quiche lorraine, mushrooms, grilled fish and seafood. Goes well with almost all Austrian and German dishes, pasta, dumplings, strudel, hard cheese.
