A Collaboration Sud with the Welde brewery from Schwetzingen in Germany. Deep black top-fermented specialty beer stored on roasted coconut flakes. Finely balanced and creamy with the addition of oatmeal. A wonderful dessert beer or the warm up for the chilly winter months.
