Lone Pint Zythophile Calypso

American Two Row malted barley, Calypso hops, and House Yeast. Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with a solid white head. Nose is light sweet malt followed by lemon-lime citrus aroma. Taste is like being punched in the mouth by Mike Tyson with gloves made of hop cones: bold, bitter, and assertive. Finishes tart, dry, and bready.
