L'Orso Verde - Amaranta

Low-fermented beer with ivory foam. The olfactory sensations remind of red fruit, caramel and dried fruit. To the mouth it recalls chestnut honey and then it gives way to fruity flavours perceived to the nose. The long aging with cold temperature makes this beer rounded and harmonious.
