Beer description
Top-fermented, amber-coloured beer with a lot of character. The bouquet features pink pepper, cedar wood and grapefruit hints. To the mouthfeel the taste is caramelised and quickly moves towards resinous and herbaceous hints that remind of gentian root and genepy.
