Our classic Witbier is naturally opaque due to the high Malzweizengehaltes. We used eight pounds of fresh Meyer Lemon Peel, which was extracted from a lush tree garden in Los Angeles. Lemon Grab presents "spicy" Belgian yeasts including bananas and bubblegum with cloves and coriander.
