Beer description
Sanbiki embodies the distinctive features of the brewers involved: the Loral hops that seem to have been created specifically for this beer and suggested by Mike di Lervig, the malts processed according to a traditional process, coming from Devon and chosen by Justin di Moor, and the fermentation techniques in Valter wood with LoverBeer yeasts.
The hops give the nose sweet fruity and floral scents. In the mouth candied fruit, slight acidity and mineral aromas that make it easy to drink.
