Beer description
Lager beer characterised by a special and at the same time traditional production process. All stages are carried out at particularly low temperatures: fermentation at 11° C, maturation at -1° C and cold filtration.
Fine white foam. Light golden colour. The aroma preserves all the fragrances of malt and cereals, recalling the smell of bread crust. The sweetness of the malt ends in a slightly bitter finish that makes the flavour perfectly balanced and delicate.
