Beer description
A cloudy and rather superficially fermented Double IPA that gives us a lot of body and substance, against which a high, high-quality bitterness with grapefruit character can shine. Cold-fermented with classic Citra and Mosaic in a ratio of 1:2, resulting in an intense, crisp, citrus-tropical profile.
