The Exotic Blonde is a refreshing light top-fermented summer beer. Thanks to the so-called "cold hopping", the essential oils from the hops dissolve and provide pleasant subtle fruit aromas. The delicate, long-lasting foam crown is open-pored and the citrus-golden appearance makes the beer complete. The slightly toasty malt aroma with a mild hop bitterness supports the fruit aroma in the finish.
