Lyer Winter Hop Madness

For this winter and on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the founding of the Lyer brewery, we brewed a batch of special "strong" beer for you. This is another "crossover" from our brewery, ie cross-brewing beer, combining different beer styles. Bottom-fermented, semi-dark crossover 13 ° hopped classically and cold with hops from NZ and USA. Thanks to the method of bottom fermentation commonly used in our country, it has a full taste and body, while the bitterness and aroma give it the types of hops, the use of which was until recently strictly the domain of top-fermented beers. W. H.M combines 3 types of hops. New Zealand on the brew and on cold hops when ripening another from NZ and one from the USA.
