Selfmade - Mad Notion Banana & Cranberry

Mad Notion is a crazy idea of what a beer can be with so much fruit that it's not immediately clear whether it's beer with juice or juice with beer. Balancing on that edge, we made a Sour Ale on yoghurt sourdough, hopped with Cascade and Motueka, and added banana and cranberry puree. The sour-sweet contents of the rose-coloured can led us to think of a retrave aesthetic, which is reflected in the label design. You can either carefully pour the contents into the glass or give it a good shake - the result can be unpredictably different.
