Mad Paddle Rueben Wells

Are proud to release tenth beer, Rueben Wells Oatmeal Stout by brewer Tonie Wycoff. The train engine Reuben Wells began traversing the Madison Incline, the steepest railroad track in North America in 1868. Named for its maker, this 56-ton engine was heavy enough to cling to the tracks of the Madison Incline without the assistance of cogs. The Reuben Wells is currently on display at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. This dark, rich, full flavored beer has a nice mouth feel. It is dark but not bitter with a smooth finish.
