Beer description
If we find emptiness in the sip, we fill it with weird plants and strange salts. From time to time we take big risks and move away from the comfort zone of nuts-vanilla-sweet spices to try some nonsense. In this case, the motivation came from culinary experiences where the rosemary, the cocoa, and the salt are long-time friends, so why not to try them in beer, maybe alongside with some smoke? The base itself is a blend of scotch and bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout that brings chocolate, vanilla, and strong oak notes to the party. The result is an unusual banger (according to our humble opinion, of course).
