Subtle citrus and pine notes on the nose feel vaguely like PNW hops, while staying convincingly within the Euro parameters for Pilsner. The sip is a little sweeter than crunchy, but the tangy carbon dioxide and the slight citrus bitterness offer a pleasant balance.
