MadTree Brewing - PsycHOPathy

Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with decent sparkle, two-finger width rocky off-white foamy head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong sweet and tart lemony citrus with melon over background mild caramel malt. Taste is moderately strong sweet lemony citrus, bready malt backbone and late bitter. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and long, dry, lasting bitterness.
