Maisel & Friends - Flaming Amber

Winner of the 5th Maisel & Friends and BrauBeviale Homebrewer Competition 2022, themed “American Style Amber/Red Ales” – "Flaming Amber" by Markus Stüttgen. Fiery, reddish-brown, with a delicate haze and a creamy white head—that’s Flaming Amber. A burst of aromas exudes the scent of red berries and fresh red apples. Notes of peach, rosehip, and the scent of bread crust also rise to the nose. Wonderful flavors also come to the fore on the palate: the taste of strawberries is accompanied by peach and citrus. The malt also brings its full strength to bear, adding a subtle sweetness reminiscent of caramel. This is followed by an aroma of freshly baked bread.
