The Bourbon Bock has now become a classic among barrel-aged specialties. It will already be in its eighth edition in 2025. For several months, the strong Bock beer was allowed to mature in former Bourbon whiskey barrels until it developed its perfect aroma. The barrels used come from renowned distilleries in the USA. In a rich fox red color, the Bourbon Bock presents itself in the glass and seduces with intense whiskey aromas, accompanied by hints of vanilla, almond, nutmeg, caramel, marzipan, and a touch of coconut. On the palate, the barrel-aged Bock is soft and round, while Bourbon notes unfold with fine honey and subtly harmonious wood accents. A delight for those who appreciate beer as much as whiskey!
