Maisel & Friends - Hopfenreiter #10 2025

Since 2016, breweries from all over the world have been coming together to contribute their personally selected hop varieties to our popular Double IPA. The result is a unique collaborative beer with an international character, produced year after year – this time for the tenth time. Hopfenreiter #10 once again contains exciting and, in some cases, rare hop varieties from six breweries: Ariana from Van Moll (Netherlands) / Riwaka from Ārpus Brewing Co. (Latvia) / Barbe Rouge from BAPBAP (France) / Motueka from Sibeeria (Czech Republic) / Citra from Stigbergets Bryggeri (Sweden) / Amarillo from Maisel & Friends. Maisel & Friends Hopfenreiter #10 (2025): The bright golden orange color of our Hopfenreiter is thanks to the consistent malt mixture, which reliably ensures this beautiful look. The slight cloudiness, combined with a creamy, fine-pored foam, immediately makes you want to take a ride through the hop forest. And the aroma? A real firework display: peach, apricot, and mirabelle plum are at the forefront, accompanied by a fruity mixture of grapes, passion fruit, pineapple, and red berries. The warmer the beer gets, the more facets come to the fore – an adventure for the senses. The bitterness remains pleasantly soft and underlines the fruitiness without being overpowering. With its potpourri of aromas from six different hop varieties, Hopfenreiter once again shows how varied and harmonious beer can be.
