Beer description
Since 2016, different breweries from around the world have been coming together to contribute their personally selected hop varieties to our popular Double IPA. Year after year, this results in a unique collaborative beer with an international character.
Hopper #5 (2020) was brewed in collaboration with:
- Olicana from Poppels Bryggeri (SE)
- Azacca from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company (USA)
- Hallertauer Blanc from Steamworks Brewing Company (CA)
- Ariana from Yankee & Kraut (DE)
- Hüll Melon from Hanscraft & Co. (DE)
The fifth Hopfenreiter from 2020 was the first to feature the new design, which has remained in use to this day.
