Project Maisel 2024 – Sour Power. Maisel & Friends Sour Power presents itself in a juicy yellow hue with a fine-pored head. Its haziness is almost reminiscent of freshly squeezed orange juice. The fruity, tart aroma enchants the nose from afar, evoking notes of citrus, passion fruit, grapefruit, peach, gooseberry, and currant. As soon as the first sip touches the taste buds, the Sour Power becomes apparent. The combination of a creamy, smooth mouthfeel and a subtle tart touch brings incredible freshness to this Sour Hazy IPA. A basket of fruit flavors unfolds in the mouth, offering an interplay of tropical fruits like passion fruit and mango, as well as tart-sweet fruits like currants and gooseberries.
