Winner of the 7th Maisel & Friends and BrauBeviale Homebrewing Competition 2024, themed “Wheat IPA” – "WHEEEPA!" by Pascal Wolke. Golden and opalescent, WHEEEPA! shimmers in the glass, exuding an aroma that blends the two worlds of hops and yeast. Ripe banana, pineapple, melon, mango, peach, and citrus come to the fore. From the very first sip, it becomes clear where the beer gets its name. On the palate, all the previously perceived notes come together in a tropical-fruity explosion of flavors. The beer is creamy, smooth, and wonderfully full-bodied. A perfect finish is guaranteed: dry with a pleasant bitterness.
