Beer description
Pours a rather cloudy, amber colour with soapy medium white head which slowly turns into a thin ring and with a little bit of lacing. No carbonation at all. Aroma: Abrupt smell of mint, bubblegum, sweet candy with a few honey, grassy hop and pale ale malt aromas.Taste: Medium to strong minty and herbal sweetness. Ale yeast and pale ale malt provide some light bitterness. Can hardly taste the wild winter honey which is stated on the ingredient list. Some light band-aid taste when nearly finish it.
