Beer description
The “Maladzik” series is our exercise in blending wild ales. This time we used a young saison brewed with the first spring dandelions — juicy, fragrant and full of honey pollen. We foraged them before the bee pollination season in a field so clean and far away from dirty roads and city life, so all the sweet floral scent went straight to the beer. It was then blended with a wild ale, which was matured for a long time in an oak barrel, and refermented in a bottle for several months. This is a complex and effervescent beer, a true celebration of spring. Perhaps it’s a liquid spring itself, who knows.
