Beer description
Another Maladzik is yet another interesting blend with unusual ingredients. A year ago, we put our hands on incredibly sweet, aromatic and tasty juice from local Belarusian pears. Long and slow fermentation with the participation of native pear tree microflora created a truly amazing drink. In order to combine two different years in one beer, this summer we brewed a light and refreshing saison with Belarusian Tettnang hops and blended it with our perry. The result is a complex, wild, pleasantly sour drink that immediately impresses with aromas of sweet honey, fruit tree resin and warm August evenings.
