Malanka - Hefeweizen

We really like to experiment with classic styles. But sometimes, in order to know where the next experiment can lead, you need to know where it starts. So this time we decided to start from the original source and brewed a traditional German hefeweizen. The familiar and inviting aroma of bananas and clove, pleasant dryness and the beautiful cloudy straw color, together with the soft wheat aftertaste, create a wonderfully balanced drink that goes oh so well on a warm August evening.
