Mallaskuun Amber Ale

As its name suggests, Amber Ale is an amber colored and heavily hopped Ale. The color of the beer is brought by a mixture of caramel and dark malt, which also adds sweetness and fullness to the beer. The sweetness is balanced by a generous dose of bitter and aromatic hops. A nice pairing with game dishes and sausages.
