Part I of the collaboration with Malto Brewpub using local blackberries (± 140 g/L). Blackberry Gose Style Mixed Fermentation. 50% Wheat, Coriander Seeds, Barcelona Sea Salt. Fermented using Saccharomyces & Lactobacillus.
