Beer description
This is a typical example of classically cooked lager with separate main fermentation and final fermentation, two-mouth cooking and using purely Czech ingredients. For hops, it is, of course, the Sládek variety and especially the Žatecký poloraný červeňák. As is characteristic of Czech beers, it will appeal to consumers with its high fullness, strong aftertaste, rich foam and pleasant bitterness.
