Beer description
Mixed fermentation Scottish sour ale brewed with locally grown barley, wheat and oats. Dry-hopped with 12g/l Mandarina Bavaria hops, mandarin orange juice and a load of mandarin orange zest. Zesting was undertaken utilising the traditional 'méthode electric drill'
