Wren House - Mandatory Casual Fridays

In an endless pursuit to make Mr. Buffet proud, we’ve landed on a big ol’ tropical island inspired DIPA. This is achieved via hops grown by our island dwelling buds in New Zealand. Grain bill is North American 2-row barley, malted oats, and pale wheat malt. We dry hop heavily with Riwaka, Nelson, Kohia Nelson, and Waimea, and we end up with a moderately dry, tropical fruit packed DIPA. Guava, passionfruit, tangerine, mango, citrus. It’s a DIPA in Paradise. It’s Mandatory Casual Friday; please, no tardiness.
