Manor Hill Prisoner of Gravity

This limited release Farmhouse Ale was brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Right Proper Brewing Company! The goal for this one was to mimic the qualities of a crisp white wine. The hop bill consists of Hallertau Blanc and Cascade. Malt bill features pilsner malt and flaked oats. The resulting beer displays flavors and aromas of green apple, pear and citrus fruit accompanied by a light body and dry finish.
