CAP 8640 is a complex beer, which is visually presented with a characteristic orange color, tending to copper. Alcoholic at the right point, delight the palate thanks to the richness of malts with fruity scents and low and non-persistent bitterness, given by a moderate hopping. The finish is harmonious, only slightly bitter, made of pleasant and warm sensations crowned by a medium-low carbonation.
