Our last offering in celebration of Dudemas. We combined our raspberry mead with smoky Lapsang tea, basil, Vietnamese black pepper, French thyme, hibiscus, cranberries, and vanilla beans. Sweet, tart and a bit savory. Something different from us to you. 3% residual sugar.
