Pouring a hazy rosy pink, this Brazilian kettle soured beer is fruited with fresh Ontario strawberries from our favourite farm, Cooper’s. The nose is bursting with jammy strawberry character, The palate is a soft strawberry cream, with a bright acidity reminiscent of a fresh berry off the vine.
