Beer description

Based on RedX and Müncher, refined with Cara-Hell and Cara-Münch Malts, this fine bock beer was brewed with a rich reddish color. Pearl was used as a bitter hop and for the flavoring Fantasia and Saazer. The beer was fermented at 10 degrees Celsius with a yeast. In addition to the strong color here beautiful malt and fruit flavors come to fruition.
