Martin House - Crowtein

Hazy Hefeweizen. This week’s From the Birdhouse beer is brought to you buy all-star delivery driver and king crispy boy, Connor Callahan (not of Callahan Auto Parts). Crowtein is one of the wilder beers we’ve brewed on our small system. It definitely has the banana clove flavor you’d expect in a hef. The additional flaked oats give it a beautiful haze and solid mouthfeel. The slight addition of smoked malts adds a bit of complexity on the backend.
