Beer description
This traditional festival beer with its copper sheen is also known as Oktoberfest beer.
Originally brewed in March (hence the name), it was stored in cool cellars in the summer and served in the fall for the Oktoberfest season.
Our guests were lucky enough to try it back in June.
It owes its copper-red color and malty character to the use of darker Munich and Viennese malts - a typical characteristic of Viennese lager. It is also known for its balanced sweetness.
