Wheat beer from the La Caussenarde private brewery (in Le Mas Andral, 12540 Saint Beaulize, in the Aveyron). The acidity and dryness of the grain of raw wheat combine with the spicy aromas and bitterness of the hops used to create a thirst-quenching result that is enhanced by the citrus aromas of the coriander berries.
