Blonde beer with 4 types of grain (white barley, oats, rye, wheat) from the artisanal brewery La Caussenarde (in Le Mas Andral 12540 Saint Beaulize, located in the Aveyron). A blond ale with a silky texture. A grainy dryness and a bitterness of medium intensity can be seen, which reinforce the thirst-quenching character of the product. The noble hops also add herbaceous notes.
