Beer description
A seasonal lager brewed by the Ferme Brasserie La Caussenarde (in the village of Saint Beaulize in the Aveyron). Fruity aromas for this rustic and refreshing beer, moderately bitter. Pure malt beer, brewed with spring water. The grain used (rye, oats) is grown on the brewery's yard, malted and roasted on site.
