But keep on aiming and keep on shooting for only practice will make you perfect.” These are wise words from Annie Oakley to keep in mind when brewing funky beers. In this limited Snale Works release we believe we hit that mark. Annie Oakley is our take on a classic Brett Saison but with a twist; we brewed Annie Oakley with 24 pounds of Apricots per barrel for a subtle sweetness, to enrich this herbaceous and funky brew. Aged in American oak barrels for 3 months to impart funkiness and toasty vanilla notes, round out this limited release. Only 1500 of this delicate brew were made, be sure to cherish this release as it will be gone before you know it…
