Mason's West Coast

The aroma emits a citrus zest and maybe a musty note since it is almost two months old as I check it out. Some sweet graininess as well. The body is light to medium. The citrus bite is not as prominent in the flavor as in the nose and there is more of a sweet white bread character leading to a semi-crisp finale.
