Beer description
Pyment (mead/wine hybrid or mead with grape/grape juice) made with acacia blossom honey, sauvignon blanc, and malbec grape juice, aged on American oak. Big flavors of dark fruit give the mead a very wine-like feel and taste. This allows for excellent balance with the sweetness of the honey, reminding you that this is still mead and not wine. Aging on American oak adds a level of tannin to balance out the honey and grape sweetness, as well as adding a slight vanilla toastiness.
