Beer description
Pyment (mead/wine hybrid or mead with grape/grape juice) made with acacia blossom honey and malbec grape juice, aged on Hungarian oak. This is a rich, full-bodied mead that reminds of a nice red wine but retains the sweet honey character. Smelling the wine gives a savory note that reminds of umami on the palette, helping to balance the sweetness from the honey. The tannins from aging on the Hungarian oak help make this a well-developed robust beverage.
