Beer description
Pyment (mead/wine hybrid or mead with grape/grape juice) made with acacia blossom honey and sauvignon blanc grape juice, aged on French oak. This mead starts sweet from the honey and grapes but ends with a spicy/dry finish based on the addition of the tannins from the aging of the French oak. The taste will have you thinking of a blend between a dry Sauvignon Blanc and honey sweetness.
