The special craft beer “The Golden Monkey” (0.75L) is a non-filtered blonde beer, crafted, refermented in bottle, produced in Italy. It is a limited edition beer and each bottle is numbered. Blond and veiled, it has a persistent and compact foam, goes well with crudité, white meats, grilled, delicious with pizza, focaccia and schiacciata.

Goldgelb und trüb, weißer, dichter Schaum. In der Nase hefig, brotig, frisch, leicht hopfig. Im Mund auch fruchtig - leichte Zitrusaromen und Kernobst (Apfel, Pfirsisch).

Also das Etikett und die generelle Gestaltung dieses Biers sind - meiner Meinung nach - absolut weltklasse. Aber das ist ja nur nebensächlich. Der Geruch ist geprägt von Sauerkirs…
