Matchless Brewing - Spitting Seeds

It's summer, and you know what that means... beer! Of course. And watermelon! Also clear. But what if we told you that we have taken two of our favorite things about summer and combined them? Sure, that's not a big surprise. But what if we told you that it is a sour beer with salt? Kind of strange. But what if we told you that it is delicious and one of our favorite beers that we have brewed this year? That probably surprises you, as we release a new IPA every week. But it's true! It contains a whole picnic table full of watermelon and just a touch of sea salt - a sour delight beer that reminds you of sour watermelon candies. Sour, but approachable: "Spitting Seeds" is our interpretation of the old, traditional German Gose, spiced up with a bit of American nonsense.
