Beer description
This is our third installment of circling making an IPA with gluten reduction. This beer has been brewed with toasted rice and flaked corn. Using these adjuncts can reduce the gluten protein load and help dry the beer out. It is dry as a classic American ale beer should be, with no excessive use of character malts to get in the way of the hopping rate.
